Pricing
Each artist's pricing is listed in their portfolio. Everyone works at different rates that they set for themselves, so if you are curious about hourly cost, check your artist's portfolio!
Shop minimum for each artist is $150.
We will be very honest with you if your project does not fit your artist's style, or if we feel someone else's style fits it better. Please note we are only looking out for your best interest.
What to include
When submitting a project please include your preferred artist, all of your ideas, placement, size measurements, and the days of the week and times that work best for you. Also keep in mind that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We work limited Saturdays, and if that is the only day that works for you, brace yourself for a wait.
If booking for multiple people, submit one inquiry for the entire party.
Deposits
If your project is chosen, we require a non-refundable deposit that must be paid upon scheduling, no exceptions. Your deposit price will vary depending on your project. Deposits are $50 to $100.
- You are allowed 1 reschedule per booking period with at least 48 hours notice. A second reschedule, or notice given under 48 hours, will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
- If you do need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is only good for 3 months beyond your appointment date. Any appointments beyond that 90 days will require a new deposit.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without contacting the shop, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no call/no show, and you will forfeit your deposit.
On the day
- Please note that we are cash only and plan accordingly.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
- We cannot tattoo you without a valid government or state issued ID.
- We take 15 minute breaks every 1 to 1.5 hours. If you have an all day appointment, we will take a 30 minute snack/lunch break halfway through your session. Please eat a full meal before your appointment to help with pain management.
- Do not make any immediate plans the day of your tattoo. We do not always know how long your tattoo will take. If you have time constraints or questions about how long you will be at the shop, please ask prior to your appointment date.
- If you want to change your design you need to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment, or you will be rescheduled.
- Our artists will not tattoo an exact design unless you have express written permission from the original artist.
What happens next
Submitting a project does not guarantee you an appointment. We will review each project to determine if we are the best fit for your tattoo. Our shop manager, Haylee, will always respond within 10 to 14 days of submission and we can plan from there. The shop manager works Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm.
